Cancellation Policy:
If participants do not pay for the registration fees by the deadline, unless they have an official letter from the university, their registration will no longer be valid.
For participants wishing to withdraw their conference registration after having submitted the form within 15 days prior to the conference date, 50% from the paid amount will be deducted as cancellation fee.
